Good morning all! Happy Sunday! I’m here to share Friday (Valentines Day) and Saturday (Marco’s Birthday Celebration).
Friday morning was a homemade frittata plus 5 chips on the side. I had a really random craving for chips, so I put a few on my plate I think it was seeing my Dad’s fresh salsa… I mean, who could argue that?
Lunch was a Chocolate Superfood Smoothie!
Mid-day I had an unsweetened soy Matcha tea… ahh… heaven
Valentine’s Day was so fun! Marco made reservations for us in the Ventura Harbor at Millano’s. We ate dinner there, and then headed over to the Arcade where we (meaning, HE) kicked but in Air Hockey. Dang!
For dinner I had a glass of wine, one bread roll, and a dinner salad to start
Dinner was Chicken Portofino. This was delicious! I took half home, or at least I tried… I spilled it! Whoops
After dinner & the Arcade we went out with our friends to Grapes & Hops!
While we were there, they brought out See’s Chocolate. I had one. The half eaten one was one of those orange chocolates. EEEEEEK! My very least favorite! The other one though… that was butter cream… and that’s GOOD
Saturday
Sunday morning I woke up and went to Coffee Bean to Skype with all of YOU! I had so much fun talking with you guys! We’ll have to do it again, group style
I was in such a rush getting out of the house, and so excited to get on Skype that I forgot to eat breakfast entirely.
Lunch was yummy soup that my Dad made
A mid-day snack was trail mix
For dinner we went out to Yolanda’s and I got a Margarita on the rocks & snacked on chips and salsa
I started dinner with a side salad with balsamic and vinegar
Dinner was chicken villa minus the cheese & tortillas. I ate half of my food, and got to have the rest today. YUM!
