10:00 ACV drink!
1 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar (acv)
3 shakes cinnamon
Make sure after you drink this you drink some water to wash the acv off your teeth. You don’t want the acidity left in your mouth. Same with Coffee! Drink water after Image may be NSFW.

1 can light coconut milk
3/4 jar of thai green curry
1 bag of frozen stir-fry veggies
1/2 c. quick cooking bulgar wheat (I added this in myself to make the soup more filling – you can even do quinoa)

4:30 slice of Daves Killer Bread with a little mayo, mustard, and turkey. I needed something to hold me over since I didn’t know what to expect at the Bridal Fair we were going to in the evening. So glad I ate this because we were served appetizers! They were great, but not filling enough for dinner Image may be NSFW.

The Bridal Fair was from 6-8 and we got there at 5. Whoops! The email they sent out said 5-8. We took advantage of the hour we had before the event and enjoyed some passion tea at Coffee Bean right down the street Image may be NSFW.
